Copyright and Licence

Last updated 5 October 2026. In force from 5 October 2026.

Who owns the material

The courses, including their text, worksheets, templates, worked examples, assignments and layout, and the content of this website are protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to Amanda Amaro de Oliveira or are used under licence. Marketing ideas and methods themselves are not owned by anyone; the way we explain, sequence and organise them is.

Your licence

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own work and for your own company.

You may

  • read the lessons on any of your devices, and print them or save them as PDF for yourself;
  • fill in the worksheets and templates, and use your completed versions inside your company;
  • write your own plans, briefs and presentations based on what you learned;
  • share what you learned, in your own words.

You may not

  • share, sell, rent or give away your access link or the lessons;
  • upload the material to a website, drive, group, marketplace or messaging service;
  • use the material to teach paid courses, workshops or client trainings, or present it as your own course;
  • translate it or create derivative courses, templates or products from it;
  • remove copyright notices;
  • use the material to train, fine-tune or feed an artificial intelligence system;
  • use the Fola Startup name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

Teams, agencies and consultants

A licence covers one person. If you want several people in your company to use a course, or you are an agency or consultant who wants to use it with clients, write to support@folastartup.com and we will discuss a team or professional licence.

Quoting and reviews

You may quote short passages in a review or article with a link to this website. You may not publish whole lessons or worksheets.

If you find our material being misused

Please tell us at support@folastartup.com.

If you believe we have used your work

If you own the rights to something published here and believe it is used without permission, write to support@folastartup.com with: the work you believe is infringed, the exact address where it appears, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We review every notice promptly and remove material while we investigate. This procedure follows the notice and takedown standard of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and article 19 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014).

Third-party material

Photographs on this website are licensed stock images. They show models, not customers or staff, and are not included in the licence given to you.

Breach

A breach of this licence ends it automatically. We may withdraw access without a refund and use the remedies available under Brazilian Law 9.610/1998 and the law of the country where the breach took place.
